Claimed as a staple, 'never-go-out-of-fashion-color', black is officially back (if indeed it ever went anywhere!)
Black is often a default for many and seen as the 'safe' or 'go with anything' option, but the honest truth is black does not actually suit everyone. Tread carefully if your coloring is softer or you have less contrast in your features between your eyes and skin or skin and hair color. For you ladies, your black may be a soft brown, navy or even grey which will still work as a 'safe go-to', but will sit less harshly against your skin tone. Believe me it works! I've honestly seen color take or age people by ten years! To embrace the new black trend, if it is too heavy for you head-to-toe, opt for a great cut pair of black pants or a statement heel or purse, so it does not dominate your entire outfit. Black can be a great basis to a killer outfit as much as a statement in itself, when worn head-to-toe.
